Information you provide
We collect your email when you use our browsing or video-review access signup. We store new subscriber addresses in our site database and avoid duplicate signups. Automated nurture sequences are not active. Contact forms collect your name, email, and any company or message details you choose to provide so we can respond and assess an engagement.
Recordings and services
The conversion-review preview keeps a selected video in your browser and does not upload or process it. The separate Signal Snapshot form uploads recordings you authorize us to analyze, stores the recording and submission details privately, and may use OpenAI to transcribe and generate your requested preview. We use those details to deliver the preview and follow up about that request.
Browser storage and analytics
We use browser storage to remember a visit and successful email capture, so the first-visit popup does not appear on later visits in that browser. Clearing storage or using a different browser can reset this behavior. Where configured, PostHog records page visits and explicit conversion events with anonymous visitor and session identifiers and acquisition source information. Form text, email addresses, and URL queries and fragments are excluded from our analytics properties; automatic interaction capture and session recording are disabled. Browser storage and cookies may be used for analytics and authentication.
Service providers and external links
Our site uses Vercel for hosting, Convex for data and authentication, and MadeThis for supported notifications and hosted purchase flows. Consultation scheduling and external checkout pages have their own privacy practices. We use submitted information to operate these requested services; we do not sell subscriber addresses.
Unsubscribing and retention
Unsubscribe links in future supported subscriber emails let you remove your identifiable email record from our active subscriber database. We retain only a SHA-256 hash of the normalized address as an opt-out marker. Ordinary access signups do not override that marker. We attempt to send a one-time plain-text confirmation of a successful opt-out. Repeated clicks are safe. Opting out of subscriber emails does not delete separate service, account, purchase, or recording records needed to handle your requests. We do not claim that historical records held by external providers are automatically erased.
